Maybe a subluxed kneecap....I have had my share of knee physical therapy. I still dont have an ACL or PCL. I would need some more details. Does it hurt to walk, run, fully straight or fully bent? Inner or outer part of the knee. Front or back?

I had a similar thing happen to me. I just to 2 weeks from training legs, then when i went back i didnt squat for a month and when i went back to squats after a month it was healed. The best thing would be give it a break and see a doctor.

We can only give you ideas. A doctor can properly examine you and give you a more accurate diagnosis. In the mean time, RICE:

    Rest
    Ice
    Compression
    Elevation

Basically, stay off the leg as much as possible, and avoid activities that cause pain. Sit down and elevate your leg while icing it for 10-20 minutes a few times a day. Do this until you see a doctor and he gives you further advice.
