I love the steam room, it does wonders for your complexion. I guess one benefits the junk that you sweat out of your pores.

My only concern would be how hygenic is it.

I love it. But I wish everyone who came in to use it would at least keep a towel on. I don't want to look at that shit. Plus like Mino says, the hygiene factor. The other thing is I get bored easily in there, and it seems like a minute is an hour. So I usually have to bring in a newspaper, which is covered with sweat by the time I get out. But I'm always glad when I gut out 15 minutes or more in there.

I can feel my lungs getting wet (if that's possible) so I can imagine you can get airborne disease real quick there.

I use the one at the gym when I sore and love it, but I tend to fall asleep in there and before I know it I've cooked myself for atleast 20 minutes.

Never tried one. Now I have access to one; maybe I'll see how I like it.

I think it's a good way to get rid of the some of the toxins in our body.

We have a lot of toxins.

^ Someone else can do it better than I can, BigDyl.

I am reading the "Encyclopedia of Natural Foods" right now. Living in a polluted city and eatin processed food can put toxins into your body. The food coloring chemical (forgot the name) is in over 85% of foods that are processed in the U.S.
