    Lost mass

Here's the deal. I've been working out for a while. Well, that was untill I transfered to this new unit. I used to have a pretty good build but it's fading fast. Because of the tempo of this new unit I can only work out every other week, one week I'm in, and able to lift, and the next week I'm deployed and unable. I've tried lifting buckets of oil and links of chain to work out while deployed but it's not enough. And to top it off some times I'm gone for two to three weeks at a time and can't lift.

So now here's my question. Dose any one have any good training ideas to help me get some of my mass back? I'm really starting to feel defeated. I gain a little mass and then lose it while I'm out.
