    You are very limited by genetics.............all you can do is....make sure your waist is tiny as possible and your deltoids are fully developed....ie
    Db press or BB press
    laterals
    upright rows

    Agree here and also with foreman on a smaller waist. some of us aren't built to have the smaller waist so we have to just hope for the best when working shoulders and hope the develope to there fulliest abiltiy

    Any other exercises besides side raises that really target the lateral delts? I hate the clicking/etc I get w/ them.
