    Yess!

    Well I dunno if many of you care but I almost reached my goal today..

    I got 295 Deep Squat for 1 rep...
    Goal - 300 soo close..

    Stats-
    14 almost 15 Jan. 6th
    145Lbs


    edit* just thought id tell you guys ill be starting a journal as of Monday"

    Wish I had the same weight to ratio strength. To be honest that's insane at your weight and age. I want to see pictures. I have friends who weight a little more then you and squat more, but not at 14.

    Alright next time I max squat all get my spotters to take a picture with my phone or ill try to borrow my friends digital camera..

    Also ill take pics of me when i get a digital camera...
