i tried moving tris away from chest, for a while at least, to see if it goes any better... isnt it too much work on the tris to do both on the same day? ... juss im tryin everything to get my arms to get bigger... everything else seems to be improving, size wise, but arms.... theyve been a dissapointment, so far at least

I would go with choice one. Having a day devoted to tricep training is ridiculous!
