BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com ok, so ive got two routines here, one that me and a buddy have been doin for maybe... 5 months tops.. and we were thinkin of switchin it to the second one, in respects to bulking, which one would be better??
ONE: mon:tris, back tue:swim wed:bis, chest thurs: swim fri:rest sat:shoulders, legs sun: rest or TWO: mon:chest, swim tue:bis,legs wed:swim thurs: tris fri:back sat:shoulders, legs sun: rest thanks for any comments |

i tried moving tris away from chest, for a while at least, to see if it goes any better... isnt it too much work on the tris to do both on the same day? ... juss im tryin everything to get my arms to get bigger... everything else seems to be improving, size wise, but arms.... theyve been a dissapointment, so far at least

I would go with choice one. Having a day devoted to tricep training is ridiculous!
