    Need your help here.

Everytime I lift weights i cant sleep at nights and im usually fatigued for 24hrs after lifting. Even if I cut down my workout this happens. The nights I dont lift I sleep fine and no fatigue. Protein shakes help a bit but give me too much gas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Post your workout so we can see what you are doing...
Also exercising right before you go to bed can cause sleep problems for some people....try to workout in the morning and see how that works for you.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Plus, if you're working out close to bedtime, there are many reasons that you could have fatigue and sleeping problems. For example, perhaps you have a mild form of hypoglycemia and don't know it (a poor quality of sleep is one of the affects of hypoglycemia).

I run 6 days a week and lift one day a week. I usally do 6 sets of bi's and tri's on week the next week I do 6 sets of chest and back. As you can see I dont lift much but when I do I fatigue like crazy. When I do cardio I rarely have any fatigue and I run 40 minutes a day.
