YeSs i've reached my goal..

i've reached my goal and its tome to set a new one........
my goal as 300lbs for deadlift and i went over it i got 310lbs
my new goal for deadlifts is 350+lbs by dec.25....it was kind funny though b/c me and my friend was at the last squat rack on the platform w/the 310lbs and i was gettin ready to deadlift and and my gym teacher came up to me and said this: "before you try to deadlift that and blow a nut, you might want to go to the sperm bank and make a deposite so you can have kids later" i was laughing my ass off!!! everyone around started crackin up laughing lol

Great job! And you still have both your nuts. Damn gym teachers and their obsession with people's nuts.

I recommend setting your goals 5 LB's heavier ever time. That way you can create a "I reached my Goals Thread" every other day.
