Is a poo raise when you retract the log back into your rectum?

If so, BulkHead should try it out. 3 sets of 10.

Curls are great! I do supporting exercises for my curls occasionally.

I will do 37 sets of curls and throw in some squats and benchpress and deadlifts every now and then.

My biceps have now surpassed the size of my quads! When I walk down the street I look like a hanging penis and my biceps are the balls!

Just a regular guy.

hey lexus , I couldnt help notice that you do a very high rep workout...
225 rows with 7 pounds?
145 military presses but with only 3 pounds?
205 reps with 3 pounds for incline?

thats crazy, where did you learn that? AN D then you do 280 pound normal bench and 335 pound squat..? You have to do a write up man. Thats a whole new way to workout. Does it work for you.

Height: 6 ft. Weight: 260 ish.
Arms: 21.5" ("shooting" for 22's...)
Chest: 52 inches
Waist: 34 inches

Good times.
