8 hrs. of ARm torture!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I got this routine from Jan issue of Musclemag. It was brutal but effective. The article recomended doing this quarterly! It was a nice change-up to my routine!! I would recomend anyone who had the time to try this. The article suggested that 1" gains coul dbe achieved from doing this one time. I did it 3 days ago and have kept my 3/4" gain. I did it in the middle of my superdrol cycle.

The 8 Hour ARM Workout

Originally this style of 'routine' was 12 hours long, and once an hour in frequency. Invented by Peary Rader the former owner of Ironman Magazine (R.I.P.) You were also supposed to take in protein at each session.

Goodness, 44", I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to wipe myself if my arms got that big!!! Thats awesome!! I think I'll keep it up!!! How ofter do you do this routine? Have you incorporated it in to other muscle groups? I tried shoulders today with the same principal. The pumps are painfully satisfying!

I could see that if we offered some type of award for dumb threads, there'd be incentive to make them, but come on people...

Even on unemployment I don't think I'd do that routine. The people working at the gym would probably call the cops and have me commited after the first week of spending 8 hours just on one body part per day.

Thanks "Tough ol Man", I will file away that lil' tid under "S". "S" for silly old man with loose skin who resembles a walrus and uses "Lipo" instead of traditional hard work.. Or maybe it would be easier for me to find if I just stick it under "V". "V" for vain old pasty white Geri who never really figured out the source of happiness, so he runs around using gear, and acting an ass like guys half his age.

Listen Troll......We will see what you look like at 53....My bet is it will be like shit.

To make fun of someone using minor plastic surgery and hormone replacement therapy ( both extremely common in America and elsewhere) is just pathetic.
When you even have a grasp for how the human body ages and what happens to it then we might listen to your opinions on it.....For now keep posting stupid threads on ridiculous workouts that I laughed at when I was 12 and just starting out in Bodybuilding.

There is a sucker born every minute......welcome to the site sucker.

Well, it would be hard to take a whack at him at this point.
He's too new for one.
And on the other hand, what he said was pretty much owning in itself.

Yeah, it's my least favorite of all the 8-hour workouts I do. However, I found that doubling the volume and doing it in 2 hours works really well. Don't knock it till you try it guys, this is fo really son!
