Lightbulb Comments please on Gym workouts at the weekend/pressups Monday - Friday?

Basically due to work/personal commitments I will not be working out Monday to Friday. I will out at the gym only at the weekend.

Saturday

Back

Deadlifts
70*10
100kg*10
170kg*6
190*6
220kg*1
230kg half way up and failed

Bent over row

3 sets of 10 @70kg

Pullups
8,6,4

Biceps
Hammer curls 2 sets of 10 at 25kg (strict form)

Barbell curl 30kg with back& elbows against wall to failure


triceps

3 sets of dips with 35kg weight attached to belt
CG bench press 3 sets of 10 @80kg
skull crushers 3 sets of 10 at 40kg

Sunday

Legs
3 sets of squats (not sure what weight yet)
3 sets of calf raises

Shoulders
DB press 3 sets of 10@45kg
smith machine-Bring down bar to head and push up (heavy 2-4 reps)

Chest

Hammerstrength

70kg*10
100kg*10
170kg*6
180kg*1

I was also thinking of doing 100 press ups Monday to Friday any thought on this/my routine? Thanks

Your Dumbell military press is stronger than your flat close grip bench?

You can deadlift 484 LB's, but you can barely row with 154.

Drop most of the Hammer crap..............some is ok but you use it too much

Yea, what the hell? I can barely hit a 300 DL and I can row more than that.

Yep can deadlift 484lbs, can row more but really concentrating on raising and lowering the weight slowly. Will probably increase the weight next weekend. Main aim is to increase my strength hence heavy on my three main compound movements flat bench, DL and squats (main area of weakness since never really trained legs). Flat close grip bench can go heavier but concentrating on slowly lowering the weight. Normally use BB for chest just swapping to hammerstrength for the next couple of weekends to mix it up a little...

Just trying to work out a weekend routine which will allow my strength to increase. Would like to improve lats and legs more so than other body parts

Current stats
Chest 46inc
Arms 16 3/4 inc
waist34 inc

any comments on the press ups Mon-Friday?
