You must build your chest through progessive weightlifting and then lower body fat to see your muscles better.

cardio+diet=low bf%
weighttrain=some muscle
weight train+diet=great muscle gains
pop+chips+doughnuts=junk=shitty body(unless u have great genetics)
you can't spot reduce.
