    tanning!

    do any of you guys add a few mins on the tanning machine after ur workouts? random question i know lol but someone was saying u look slightly bigger compared to what u wud pastey white. mind u most of u lot are from the u.s where u actualy get decent sunlight so mebe not..

    I haven't tanned in 5 years.....don't want to destroy the skin.
    Tanning moderately for short periods of time is fine.....but tanning year round is just foolish..
    I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

    yup i now fancy men coz i want a tan...lol fair enough its not a trainin Q - u tan by exposing ur skin to uv light where the skin will produce extra pigment (colour).

    I much prefer to shave my butthole. I find it to be a more masculine endeavor than tanning.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
