    doable or not?

    Hello,

    I am 31 years old, 5'6", 185lbs and 36 inch waist. Is it still possible to have a six pack? how long would it take?

    yes it is possible with diet and working out....whats your workout routine?

    hmm. no routines yet. i just started going to the gym again last week and started playing basketball every monday(3 mondays now).

    my plan is to do cardio on mondays and wednesdays and weight training on tues and thursdays. is this ok?

    Get a solid eating plan...
    Most of what you want to accomplish is done with good eating habits.
