what can i do? its been 3 weeks already!

So I'ts been 3 weeks now and still not fully healed. Iv'e done no weight lifting at all, but i did do a stationary bike 2-3 times a week (a guy on this forum told me it helps his back when he has issues). I have lost 5 pounds already and most of it muscle. Being that i wasn't huge to begin with, i'm starting to look like i was 4 months ago. I'm going out of my mind. This sucks.I thought by now it would be healed (pulled muscle in back),(although it sort of makes sense since i had been working out for awhile with it injured before i stopped), so i just went to the physical therapist for the first time, i'm hoping he could work some magic.
But my question is, is their any lifting i can do, there has to be something( curls?, using machines?), (obviously no overhead pressing movements or deadlitfs and squats)? i need to do something for my sanity and to keep on adding some mass somewhere!

Stop doing cardio. Once you start back, your mass will come back easily.. its called muscle memory. Just heal up 100%

Let yourself get a lot better and i know it may be hard to wait but when you do get back into it, then focus all your energy into getting bigger and stronger than you were. But first get better bro.

C'mon lets thinkmthis over. If you have a bad back, standing curls are going to make it worst. you need to be doing exercises that don't put a strain on the back. probably something lying down might work. Decline bench with light weight...ECT. ECT.... Or just take off until you fully recover and follow the therapist recommendations.

When I lose weight due to not training(which is all too often) I usually get it back in 4-6 weeks. Could be different for you, so I have no idea.

As long as the doctor gives you the okay to do some type of lifting, you definitely should. Hell, I was doing light rowing like 2 weeks after sublexing my shoulder. Granted, it was a couple of months before I was nearing my old numbers again (I'm still short of them on pressing movements), but I seem to be slowly and steadily healing still. Just be patient.
