I have a few questions im 183lbs 12.9% body fat and I wanna cut weight. I would like to be between 4-7% body fat come the first of January. I don’t have the time to go to the gym but I do own a home gym. Is this goal possible? If so can I get some training and dieting tips.

To get down to 4% you have to eat perfect and train perfect every day.
To go below 8% is not advisable unless its only for a short time......like for a show or competition.

Exactly. If you'd like to decrease your BF, that's fine. Check out the nutrition section for help with that. A gym is by no means necessary to lift or get bigger/stronger. As long as you have free weights at home, you're good to go.
