    Bulking Work

    Post your bulking routines:

    Flat Bench Press
    Incline Bench
    Close Grip Bench
    Fly's
    Decline Fly's
    Peck Deck
    Dips

    Bicept single hand curls
    Barcurls
    hammer curls
    cable curls
    tricept press
    overhead extentions
    90 degree push's
    cable pulldowns
    Sholder press
    standing lateral raises
    front raises
    standin free weight bar press
    wide grip cable pulldowns
    close grip pulldowns
    deadlifts
    single hand freeweight pulls
    leg press
    leg extentions
    hamstring extentions
    calf raises
    squats

    1 body part per day

    chest
    arms
    sholders
    back
    legs

    eat loads of protein and complex carbs, lots of water and tribulus and creatine and glutamine. All sets heavy heavy to failure.

    I've been doing full body routines for a while. I start off with a lower body movement alternating between a hip dominant and knee dominant movement each session; next I do a pressing movement alternating between a horizontal and vertical plane of motion; next I do a pulling movement alternating between a horizontal and vertical plane of motion; I finished with 2-3 accessory movements which includes grip work, core work, upper back work, full body movements, etc.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
