I finally reached my chest goal!
Last year (in Nov) I damaged my rotator cuff in my right shoulder whilst doing flat dumbell (34kg) press.
After a year of much better form, and subsequently much less weight, ive slowly been building my strength and today i tried 34kgs and i managed it! Here's what I did in good form: set 1: 10x32kg set 2: 8x34kg set 3: 8x30kg I had to shout to someone since none of my mates are interesting in the gym. ps i do a complete workout (inc legs!!!) but its my chest has finally caught up |
