    Gopro's 3 week cycle program

Gopro can you please post a three week cycle program for shoulders/biceps including the amount of sets/reps? I want to my biceps ALOT bigger than what they are. Oh yeah if you can a cycle for chest/triceps would help to.

I think you would be better off sending him a personal message.

Sorry didn't mean to sound like that. I just was asking because other people beside me will try what Gopro recommends.

So true Prince.... I wanted ask everybody is it bad to do the same exercise everyweek? I just learned this week or last week that switching up exercises is good. I'm working on bettering my diet, but maybe my progress for example my bicep area hasn't grown/progressed because I do the same bicep exercises every week? I feel that pump in my arms. Then all of sudden days after my bicep pump goes down. Why is that? Like the preacher, hammer curls, dumbell curls, and sometimes concentration. I did that everyweek for biceps, but thanks to you guys I've learned to swith it up my workout everyweek.
