    My progress

About two months ago I started lifting weights randomly 3 or 4 times per week. I weighed 135 and my 1RM bench was about 130. After about three weeks of this bad training, I started a 5x5 program. Now, two months later, here are my stats.

So my current stats are now:

    Height: 5' 10"
    Weight: 151
    Bench: 165 5RM (maybe 190 1RM?)
    Squat: 245 1RM
    Bent-over row: 85 lb DB 5RM
    Pullups: 5x5 w/ 30 lb DB
    Deadlift: I am too ashamed
    Military: 5x5 w/ 45 lbs DBs

Do I even measure close with other ~150 lb males on the boards, or in your gyms, in terms of strength?
