    Probably somewhere.

btw, you keep the "core" exercises. That's good! (you do keep the kind of bench the same though right? to mark progression. this goes for the dead and squat too btw - as long as you have a gauge of progression.)

If adding weight or reps each week isn;t exciting enough for you then switching only 1 or 2 exercises is aight as long as you keep one static.

But like i said earlier, i do extra exercises to aid my own "core" lifts and they do help, so i'm content keeping everything the same.

At the end of the day as long as people aren;t just gonna give up lifting it's all good - weight lifting is the best thing they can do.

The only thing I switch is the use of DB and BB, think thats a problem? I'll do say 2 weeks of DB then switch to BB.

Aaaah, come on Gopro, what do you think about the whole 3-4 weeks to become nervously "efficient" at an exercise thing???

    Fuck all quite frankly.

Soreness is not an indicator of growth. Progression on lifts each week (along with adequate nutrition) is.

Scotty, i'd say keep one fixed. BB and DB presses, although fundamentally a "flat press" are still different movements. I'd say chose whichever you prefer and keep it static.

Well, I already did this to death over at WBB, and don't feel like doing it again. I'm bored of it.
