I would just pair up anterior and lateral delts with your chest workout and posterior delts with your back workout. You could also just cut the volume down. There are a lot of things you could do instead of doing such a staggered split.Quote:

cowpimp....the tricep day is my crazt day...work...school.... in out in like 1.5 hours with cardio and lifting and than saturday kinda vanity thing cuz i bounce at a bar and looking pumped is sweet lol kinda redic i know what spilt would you do at 5 days a week with hitting each part once
I wouldn't do a 5 day split. However, if you truly feel you have to do a 5 day split, then something like the following would be my choice:Quote:

Something like that. I think 5 day splits are nonsense though. Why not just do that in 3-4 days? My alteration to your split would probably look like this:
Monday: Chest, Anterior/Lateral Delts
Tuesday: Back, Posterior Delts
Wednesday: Off/Cardio
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms
Weekends: Off/Cardio
Also, CG benches and dips are not tricep exercises. Yes, the triceps are involved, but they are still compound push movements that involve the chest and shoulders.
