I would be doing stiff leg deadlifts right after squats. Besides that it looks fine.

    Uprightrows-2x8
    Shrugs-2x burn out

Am i gonna be in the wieght room for like 8 hours on thrusday? s hould i go am pm split?
I would just pair up anterior and lateral delts with your chest workout and posterior delts with your back workout. You could also just cut the volume down. There are a lot of things you could do instead of doing such a staggered split.

    Friday: Triceps
    CG Bench-5x5
    Wieghted Dips-3x8
    Skulls-3x8
    Push Downs-1x burnout

    Saturday-Biceps
    Preacher Curls- 3x5
    DB Curls-3x6
    Cable Curls-2x10
    Cardio- walk 45 minutes

    Sunday-off
Why are you devoting entire days to 1 arm muscle? Are you kidding me?

I wouldn't do a 5 day split. However, if you truly feel you have to do a 5 day split, then something like the following would be my choice:

    Monday: Legs
    Tuesday: Arms
    Wednesday: Off
    Thursday: Chest
    Friday: Back
    Saturday: Shoulders

Something like that. I think 5 day splits are nonsense though. Why not just do that in 3-4 days? My alteration to your split would probably look like this:

    Monday: Chest, Anterior/Lateral Delts
    Tuesday: Back, Posterior Delts
    Wednesday: Off/Cardio
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Arms
    Weekends: Off/Cardio

Also, CG benches and dips are not tricep exercises. Yes, the triceps are involved, but they are still compound push movements that involve the chest and shoulders.
