    No Bench

I currently have no bench for doing bench presses etc.. So I've been lying diagonally on my bed to do dumbell presses and pushups. Does anyone know something I could do for chest, besides benching, or maybe a substitute for a bench? All I have are two dumbbell bars and a curling bar.

In case you need to know. The reason I just don't get/have a regular bench is because my parents say we don't have room for one.

Try doing some flys with those dumbells. They work pretty good for me, but be careful when you do them.

Sorry I just have to ask this ?. Do you live in a apartment or something. If not, what's wrong with the garage, back yard, the street or whatever else. Hell lift in the street and when done, put the fucking thing on top of the house.

LMAO, Old Man. I knew I'd get a funny comment.

Anyway, as long as I'm living here it'll be hell to pay if I try to get one.

You could get a weighted vest to add resistance while you do pushups. You could get a sandbag and walk while bear hugging it. Also, this isn't a "chest movement," but you could do handstand pushups as well for a heavier pressing movement. You may also consider plyometrics like the clap pushup or bounce pushup.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
