    Like thermal2, unless it's real hot outside I always wear a longsleeve UnderArmour shirt under a sweatshirt and longjohn pants under sweatpants or warmup pants. I also like to sweat it out after I'm done cardio, usually adding another sweatshirt and gloves to do some lifting or calisthenics and then go bake in the sauna for about 10 minutes. The drink of water at the end is a marvelous thing... :-)

    sweatshirt & shortpants and that's it. No shoes or cumbersome capes or ascots.

    i wear layers usually i warm up with layers by running around the neighborhood.. then i come in and adjust accordingly, usually i workout in a tshirt and shorts or pants

    I generally work out in a long sleeved t-shirt with shorts. I just like having a long sleeved tshirt on.

    Wife beater or a baggy sweat shirt, wigger shorts, cross trainers and socks if I have any that are clean.
