    Deadlift problem

I was deadlifting more then I have been, and later my legs just got so tired I could barely walk. Should I put less weight on my deadlifts or not?

Why are your legs tired? Deadlifts should exhaust your back. SLDL will tax the hams, though. Were you just out of energy?

As long as your form's good, and you're not having abnormal pain, it should be fine. I've never had my legs get to the point I could barely walk from deadlifts alone though.

They're certainly taxing on the legs (assuming you're not doing it half-assed just to move the weight), but I agree with Sean.

Nope, Air Force. Iraq, why yes. I'm not that crazy to be in the Marines, no offense to any around here, but I know it takes a special person to be a Marine, and that's not me.
