Hey guys i have a quick question about form and technique.
For Bench and squat, (mainly bench here, but squat is included)
Are continous reps without much break inbetween each rep more effective than a short break in between each rep ? For example below:
10 reps with 1 second rest between each rep.
10 reps with 3 seconds rest between each rep.
Which would achieve the best workout ?

The best workout is one where you improve over your last workout. Either way is fine really. Just make sure you are progressing from previous workouts.
