    This has always been a lagging muscle fore me....shrugs, upright rows, and reverse flys never worked well enough for me....


    the only thing that has given me substantial trap growth is heavy deads...with BB and trap bar. I have been doing dead twice a week: once with BB once with trap bar

    Mine suck also, but since I have been doing upright rows on shoulder day and then shrugs on lat day they have really started growing. Might be one of those muscles that grow best if hit 2x a week

    I agree...I hit them heavy/low volume on my back day.....medium/high volume on my trap/shoulder day...

    I hadn't thought about doing shrugs on a back day. Maybe I'll try that out today since it's a back day.

    In addition to the aforementioned exercises, you may want to consider farmer's walks and the olympic lifts.

    i saw its a topic who gattering we all.
    but in my case , maybe if i do almost 1 exercise /week . i would get mas.
    but i did when i think in it .
    always forget.
