Anyone here use gravity boots or an inversion table, I got the F5000 inversion table, here take a look http://www.inversiontherapy.com/ I have only used it for a few days and it made a soar back pain go away faster, and it makes my legs feel better after I do squats, I would advise anyone to go hang upsidedown![]()

Good things come to those who WEIGHT !
I haven't used the gravity boots or the table . I would like too some day. Do you think they work good?
Hey! We have an inversion table. My husband wanted to get it for his back problems. I have never actually used it myself. Did you see on the brochure it shows a girl doing ab exercises on it?

I have thought about buying one, but never have.
...sure, this is really old. But I'd rather not start a new thread with the same title.
Has anyone used these? Success/failure stories?

Why do you not currently use them? Too much of a pain in the ass to haul some big ol' ankleholders to the gym? I figure that has to be the most common reason why people don't use them.
