    #1 week

So I started to work out this Monday, today is wednesday and there is not a bone in my body that doesn't hurt, or should I say muscle. It feels really good, well not really but I know that if they hurst is because they r growing, just gotta have patience. I just feel like i'm not doing enough, like I should be doing some more. Well I just wanted to thank Foreman for all the help and answering all my questions!!! thanks bro

don't worry about doing more. as a newbie, you will see good results with lower volume. As you become better trained you will be able to increase the volume or the frequency more. Just focus on form and learning good technique. Good luck!

Indeed. Starting out by working out 2 days a week would be just fine.
