    Routine Help

I find that its hard for me to get really dedicated and make any progress without a routine, can anybody hook me up with a site that has free routines or help me come up with my own?

ok i was born on a cold january day in chicago......just kiddin. ok for real. ive lost about 55lbs in the past 4-5 months. i adopted a new "healthy eating" habit. kept it pretty simple. very low fat, lots of fish, fruits, vegetables. as of now my workouts pretty much consist of cardio on a heavy bag and jogging on the treadmill, curls, bench, and military press. my problem is if i dont have a set routine day to day i just walk around wondering what i should do next. my gym is filled with stuck up yuppies so theres really no help or advice from them. im 5'9 as of right now im 207lbs. i bought an digital accu-measure body fat caliper but im not sure that im measuring in the right spots because it gave me a reading of 10.8% body fat. now i was born with very good genetics when it comes to muscle but im thinking that reading has to be off by quite a bit. as far as what to work i know my triceps need some extra work and my abs of course. i noticed i lost a good amount of weight on my bench so that still needs work. ive been taking universal animal pak daily and i really do see a difference in my training, and my motivation is great which is why im really itching to get on a routine so i can really buckle down. i have the tom venuto book "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" so far its been great, although im sure i will have some difficulty cycling between high and low cal days but once im finished with the book i know i can set my mind to it. so there ya go thats me. need to know nething else just ask, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. You want to reduce bodyfat? Check out the diet and nutrition section. They'll get you started over there so long as you read the stickies and do a little research first. Once you've accomplished that goal, come here and we'll teach you the rest.

some feedback? it looked to me like you answered your own questions...

you want to loose far- get your diet in order.

you walk around in the gym doing whatever comes to mind- write out a program and keep a journal.

    did that help?
