Calves and forearms probably take the least; legs and back the most. Of course, once you start training a certain way you don't even get sore anymore and this becomes completely irrelevant, but I doubt most people do this.
I think the biceps take the shortest and legs take the longest to recover.

It is dependent on the individual, but for me legs take the longest and then chest. My calves tire the quickest but recover the quickest.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
