    joint hurts

    Hi everyone.
    i have a problem , my joint hurts a lot.
    days after did biceps.( inn er elbow )
    what do u recomend. to me.

    I'd guess it most likely isn't the joint, but rather DOMS of some sort (I've felt what I thought was joint pain but turned out to just be DOMS). If you do feel it's the joint, put ice on it and either check the form you used or use a different exercise for the biceps. If the pain persists for an extensive period of time, see a doctor. These are my recommendations.

    Ice it, and lay off any exercises that bother your elbow for several days. If the pain goes away good. If it persists, stop putting any strain at all on your elbow and consult a doctor.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
