Hindu Squats & Pushups

http://www.cbass.com/Furey.htm

I just stumbled across this article randomly surfing. I thought these exercises looked pretty cool for bodyweight exercises. I will be implementing these bad boys in my circuit training routines. I gave them a try in my room. They have a really nice rhythm to them once you get it down, and they seem to be good for flexibility in addition to muscular endurance.

I guess my thread lead you to find those. I agree, they're quite interesting and feel good. I didn't really think there was so much you could do with just body weight. I've been doing a lot of back bridges.

I tried a few Hindu Squats and Hind Pushups about 30 mins ago though. I like them. I'll probably do a few each day as warm-up or something. Also, I learned some really good stretches, like the Sumo Squat stretch.

Actually, that was just coincidence. Pretty cool though.
