One thing I actually learned today is that written language is made in the wrong way. Some languages you read left to write, others like hebrew and arab you read right to left. The good way to read and it will probably be used soon is the following: You read a setence left to right left to right read you line other the in then so your eye doesnt get tired of coming back always left the to. Get it? |

Just run on a regular basis an use progressive overload. Since it appears you do weight training, you could implement some circuit training into your routine for additional cardiovascular improvements. I would say 3 days per week is a good place to start, although you can increase the frequency as one means of overload.
A 1 mile run should probably use energy produced by aerobic means primarily, although there will be a significant portion donated by anaerobic means. I read a study where people performing 1500m runs (Just short of a mile) obtained their energy via a 5.25:1 ratio of aerobic:anaerobic sources. That means that you may want to devote at least a small portion of your time running in such a manner that requires more energy from anaerobic sources (Sprinting). |
