    Buff Up

I really want to buff up. I am naturally very skinny. Put it this way, I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 133 pounds. I'm 15 and currently in high school, so is there any ways I can easily gain muscle aswell as endurance in my free time away from school?

    Regarding weight training, start here:
    Designing a Full Body Routine

Regarding diet (Yes, it is important), start here:
Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

Regarding proper form on various exercises, start here:
    http://www.bsu.edu/webapps2/strengthlab/home.htm

Regarding your quest for increased indurance, start performing cardiovascular intensive activities such as jogging, swimming, biking, etc. Start by doing it 2-3 days per week and increase duration (Length of the session), frequeuncy (How often you perform the activity), and intensity (Heart rate) gradually as time goes on. Once you get comfortable with your level of endurance, then stop progressing all the aforementioned variables.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

just my humble opinion, but I don't see how a sticky with that information and a bit more info (if needed) could hurt. Over the weeks the same question is asked quite a few times...

I know thta this isn't the right forum, but it is relevant to my question... Sort of.

Can I get some food/meal suggestions for protein, fats, etc? It's going to be hard to fit in a meal every 3-3.5 hours, because of school. But I'll get it down.

Check out the diet and nutrition section. All I eat at school is a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread and I drink water with it.

Stick a sandwhich in your backpack for a quick meal when you can't take a real lunch break. You can get a pretty complete and balanced meal from a sandwhich: meat for protein, bread for carbs, and a little mayo and/or cheese for some fat. Don't forget the lettuce and tomatoes for some vegetables too!

I would strongly recommend that a person 15 years of age not take any supplements like these. Firstly, just about all of the weight gain is most likely from water and will be lost as soon as he stops taking it. Secondly, supplements are supposed to SUPPLEMENT the diet. This means that if, for some reason, you can't get a certain amount of a required nutrient, you take the supplement that day and try to actually eat the nutrient tomorrow. I realize this is not how they are used now, but that was the original intention. Thirdly, real foods are just better and IMO it's just healthier to simply eat the food instead of put chemicals into your body.
