Alright i really need to increase my bench... anybody have an idea or routine i can follow on chest day? My bench is really lagging. But all of my other lift's are pretty heavy..

You can also try switching from DBs to BB or vice-versa, depending on what you typically use. But CowPimp brings up a good point, in the routine needing a change as well. I get bored easy, so I change up my routine almost every 2 weeks, but that's just me. I'm crazy like that. *insert crazy emo here*
