    Help. . .

    Alright i really need to increase my bench... anybody have an idea or routine i can follow on chest day? My bench is really lagging . But all of my other lift's are pretty heavy..


    DB Presses
    DB Flyes

    i currently do because im doing a

    Upper Body,

    Lower Body split..

    Don't do body part splits. Use a routine that is geared toward increasing strength, not mass. Check out MM2K, Metal Militia, and Westside and search for articles on proper bench press form.

    You can also try switching from DBs to BB or vice-versa, depending on what you typically use. But CowPimp brings up a good point, in the routine needing a change as well. I get bored easy, so I change up my routine almost every 2 weeks, but that's just me. I'm crazy like that. *insert crazy emo here*
