Okay, was doing incline db presses.... Wasn't paying attention, friend was talking to me (told the bastard never to talk to me when im working out)... and the weight strayed behind me.
I was doin 2 225's, it strayed back and I just barely noticed it, then I pulled my arm back up to stop it from going completely back.. Holy shit it hurt. I took my shirt off (it hurt taking my shirt off) and I looked at my back, and all around my right shoulder blade is bruised to shit. I put a therma care warming patch thing on it, and braced my back.
What else should I do? And what did I tear/rip?
You should probably see a doctor.
You probably want to ice for the first 2-3 days and then heat it after.
Don't be a girrrrrly man!

Firstly, no one does flies with 450 pounds total. Secondly, a thread like this was just started and he obviously made this one to mock the other. It's not that funny. Kind of pathetic, actually...Originally Posted by goandykid
