i notice that my stomach is starting to stick out. As in my body isnt straight if you look at it from the side. Like people who are hunched back have their back curved bending forward. Well mine is kind of bent backwards. Is this due to weight training. I notice some other people are like this. I believe chuck liddell the mixed martial artist who competes in the UFC is also like this. If this is caused by weight training how can this be prevented. Which would help, back exercises, abs, or what would help.

actually not much, but my posture problem was due to one of my legs being a tad shorter from the otherso what i really needed is a little lift in one of my shoes to correct my spine. But yea go to the chiropracter and they can tell whats goin on, they will take x rays. What the do is crack your back legs maybe, thats what they did for me.
