Check out Westside, Metal Militia, etc. They have some oustanding programs that have produced elite ahtletes in powerlifting. Personally I do 3x3 for my warm ups and 3x2 for my working sets for most lifts. I change this for things like farmers' walks, pull ups, etc. but that's my mainstay and it's been working great.
