    Weight Lifting Belts

I'm not a fan of these and tried to explain why they cause more harm then good to my friend but he still wants one for Christmas. He wants a leather one, like a Golds Gym one. Anyone know any good sites that have good quality and good prices? Link me up please. His weist is around 34".

I have a 13mm lever type belt. I have always been more into powerlifting then bodybuilding. The lever type belt IMO is better than the traditional belt. When going for a big single, you waste too much energy putting on a traditional style belt. Also, my last belt was the 10mm and I purchased this new 13mm belt last year. It is a much better belt than the 10mm.. But anyway go to inzer.com for any powerlifting gear.... The belt is worth avery penny....

Check out elitefts.com or nybarbell.com for ideas. Both are pretty good sites.
