nobody got nothing to say?
I decided I will not do skull crushers any more because they are too painful on my elbows. Instead I want to switch this up with close grip board presses.
My question, is it fine to do this exercise once every week?![]()

I would say probably not if you're working at a very high intensity like you should with this exercise.

CG board presses every week? Dont see why not. I was doing them with boards for awhile, eventually I just would not hit bottom since I train alone, using boards would be a pain by myself (some people use bands to keep them to the chest though).
I do CG pretty much every week.

Thanks mudge. Yeah the only reason I use boards is to insure I'm not hitting the chest, it's just one thing less to worry about when Im doing heavy sets. Thanks again.
I would still rotate the exercise if you are using your 3RM or heavier when you perform these, or at least go ligther every 2-3 weeks.
