Try to rephrase that, I'm having trouble understanding.

Are you asking if you should keep working out really hard on cycle?

Sounds like he is on a "steroid cycle" and should still workout as hard as he can ... or something like that?

    Lifting heavy = Get big

Some steroids (like Testosterone) will decrease the body's ability to repair your ligaments/tendons, so keep that in mind, however.

I guess I don't know. You always ask the same question and myself and others always give you the same answer. If you can lift more weight then do it! Don't hold yourself back. that goes for being on a cycle or not. When you get stronger you get stronger so lift heavier.

It should never be easy for you unless you are deloading, which is performing some planned active rest.

i think what people here are trying to tell you is that, when the weights feel easy, you should switch to heavier weights. you want to keep challenging yourself. in general, you won't see good results if you lift weights that are easy for you. it doesn't have to be more complicated than that.

    Alex
If easy, increase weight until it is hard to lift and finish all your sets

if you start getting sore in your joints and elbows, don't increase weight, lower weight and do more sets.

Alex, how much body weight have you gained? How long have you been on your cycle now?
