    cardio?

I've been working out for about the past 6 months without doing any cardio. I've bulked up but now I want to trim out. I'm afraid of doing cardio because I don't want to loose any size. What should I do? And is it really true that I will loose size?

I agree with tank, HIT cardio for 20-30 min works best for me.

I don't know what my body fat is at. I know I need to get rid of some in the stomach though. I also want to look more ripped. I have the muscle there. Its just not showing the way I want it to. Its hard to eat a lot and stay trim.

Well Cookie, maybe you should change your name to Chicken Breast and you will lose some fat...Tank used to call himself Minivan, but when he decided he wasn't big enough, he switched to Tank and presto...he weighed 240!

Hehehe...seriously though, you have 2 choices...change your diet in order to lose some fat, or leave your diet the same and add some cardio to lose some fat. As long as you do not do either to an extreme, you will keep your muscle, and slowly but surely lose bodyfat.
