I had the same problem, first in my right, then it got better and then it started in my left and its just now starting to get better.
I had to give it time to heal, stopped using the straight bar for curls and just used EZ bar and DB's.
I could use some suggestions on handling inner elbow pain.
The pain just flared up a few weeks ago and is affecting my ability to do strict curls. Seems to be the flexor muscles for the last two fingers.![]()

Every few months this crops up with me too--right now as a matter of fact. Curls, tricep work and certain rows seem to make it worse. I just lighten up on these exercises for a while, and it goes away.
I definetly get this pain when using the straight bar. Having not used it for a while the pain is minimal.
