i worked at a dicks sporting goods over the summer (and hopefully this winter break) and we constantly had sales on an olympic set of weights....
it was a standard olympic bar, and weights totaling 300 (265 pounds of weights) for under 150 for sale prices, and I think 150 normally..... check around for a dick sporting goods and give me a call to see if they still got em!

I bought mine at a Sports Authority near me. Check local sporting good stores. I think I bought my bench (Which could go flat, incline, or decline and came with a preacher curl pad and leg extension/curl attachment) and a standard 300lb olympic set for $200 total. I'll be honest, it wasn't amazing quality, but it did the job.

I found the following on adjustable bench on NY barbell, except it doesn't go decline. It is really cheap though:

Ok thanks for the input guys.

One other thing, the bench I have right now closely ressembles this one, but mine is shitter:

I was wondering how much weight the bench itself can hold. I tried looking mine up, but could not find it. I am going to try and call the company tomorrow and see if they can tell me.

I clicked on the key specs page and it said the weight capacity was 250 pounds. Although I have a feeling that is seriously underestimated.

See if you can find something that has a greater weight capacity for a reasonable price.

I picked up my set at Sears. Ran me $150 for 300lb total weight (Olympic) They match prices too, so if you find it cheaper, they will match it plus an extra 10% off. Unfortunately, internet prices don't count.
