i maxed ato 125, could do 95 for about 7 or 8 reps. when i started lifting bout 6 months ago.

i was in like 9th grade or something i did like 60 for like 5 reps hahaha
im in 10th grade now and can max out at like 100, not much of an improvement but still, im trying |

God has graced us again

I was 15, weighed around 115 and put up 135 for about 6 reps. around 3 months later I was maxing out at 185, then I quit. I did that same routine of working out for 3 months, maxing out at 185 and quiting for 8 months untill around 2 years ago when I worked out for like 5 months and maxed out at 205, where once again I quit. Now I have maintaned lifting for about 10 months and hope to continue for a long time.

I benched for the first time about four/five months ago and struggled with 100lbs now i can bench 200lbs its been my biggest achievement up the gym so far.

there is a 16 year old that goes to the same gym as me that can barely get up 95 lbs. once, judging by looks he weighs somewhere around 215-235
|

I could do 160lb in the 11th grade and 240lb after 2 monthes. But when I started i couldnt even lockout 225lb, lol those were the days.

Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

i first started when i was 7 years old doing light weights at the gym with my dad and his powerlifting buddys but i really cant remember how much i benched all i know now is THAT IM 16 AND BENCH 315
