    Can't 'feel' my biceps

I hate doing double bicep poses because, hehe, my arms are small as hell Nah seriously though, when I flex my right bicep, It is bigger than the left (which I have no prob with) but I can feel the pump of it popping out. However, whenever I flex my left bicep, I can HARDLY feel that it's there. No pump, no senasation, nothing.

Any idea how do make the pump better? Will exercises like reverse curls do the trick?
    Keep on going...

You may have poor nerve transmission to your left bicep. I suggest you practice posing this arm by itself several times per day. Don't pose the right bicep while posing the left...let your nervous system focus completely on the left arm for a week or two...try this...

pose for 5 second hold, rest for 5 seconds...
pose for 10 second hold, rest for 10 seconds...
pose for 20 second hold, rest for 20 seconds...
pose for 10 second hold, rest for 10 seconds...
    pose for 5 second hold...

Do this after training biceps and maybe 1 or 2 other non-consecutive days per week.
