So am i doing this alright or what?

Ok so im new to this shit, and was wondering if what im doing is going to work for me. I have 5 weeks left on a 10 week cycle of supertest 250. I went from 138lbs to 152lbs and am seeing good power. I also take a daily vitamin and 2 cups of nitro tech a day. I usually work arms, and chest on monday and wensday, tuesday and thrusday i work lower back, abs, and legs and on friday i take off. I was wondering what experiences people have had with supertest 250 and what would be a good starting steriod after this?

    thanx

I really don't think you need to be taking steroids at a bodyweight of 152 pounds. You should have a lot of room to progress naturally, but whatever floats your boat. Unfortunatley, I know dick about roids, so I can't help you there.

Oh yeah, and train your back. Ya know, rows, pullups, deadlifts, n' stuff.

You have no business taking steroids at 19 and only weighing as much as a small woman.

#1 - get off the gear. echoing the above...you're 19 years old, what are you thinking? a lot of room to progress without it.
#2 - are you not training upper/mid back at all?
#3 - why are you training lower back/abs/legs 3 times a week? unnecessary and counterproductive.

You need a serious nutrition makeover. You describe your regimin as, a daily vitamin, and 2 cups of "nitro tech" per day - that says it all right there.
