    Arrow ~cardio question~

    should u do it in the a.m on empty stomach for losing weight? if so high intensity? or low?

    high intensity cardio/interval training shouldn't be done fasted. treat it like a training session, fueling pre and post. moderately paced steady state is fine on empty.

    what does the rest of your training look like? are you incorporating HIIT or any other form of intervals right now?

    Best advice - do the least amount of cardio necessary to still progress in the direction of your goals. Start with a little and adjust from there. A good 80% of your progress is going to be due to your nutrition.
